Rahul Anand, at the helm of RAHUL ARTS INDIA for two decades, has been instrumental in the company’s evolution. He’s expanded services, and fostered a culture of knowledge, creativity, and business excellence. Under his leadership, the business has grown by 50%, secured numerous awards, and welcomed prestigious clients like BPCL, IOCL, HPCL, and IGL.
Passionate about enhancing clients’ businesses and driving creativity, he expanded globally in 2015 and 2017, establishing firms in Hong Kong and Vietnam to handle international trade and brand positioning. A true entrepreneur, Mr. Anand is driven by the philosophy of ‘Growth with Goodness’ and focuses on building world-class integrated infrastructure capabilities to accelerate India’s progress.
As a proud BNI member, he embarked on two exciting new ventures. Lens & Leisure, a brand specializing in sunglasses and lenses, now boasts 4 startup showrooms in Delhi, while RAIdecor aims to redefine decorative coatings in India, setting new standards for creativity and aesthetics

As a leader, I’m a firm believer in fostering a workplace culture where each team member can bring their authentic selves to work. Our life’s journey shapes who we become, and I find true fulfillment in aligning our work with our passions and what truly ignites our spirits.
One of my greatest passions is engaging in charitable initiatives that make a meaningful impact on our local community. My family, particularly my two children, keeps me grounded and reminds me of life’s essential values. Their influence drives me to embrace a culture of service to those around us.
I take pride in being an active BNI member, currently serving as the President of my Chapter. I am also the Founder and Director of Toad & Toadette Pvt Ltd, a company specializing in kids’ bags and blankets. Recently, I’ve expanded our offerings to include decorative coatings for kids’ rooms and baby showers, adding a touch of creativity and beauty to the journey of parenthood.

During my formative years, I had a curious mind that led me to dismantle every toy, game, or gadget I came across. I was on a mission to unravel their inner workings, and while I succeeded sometimes, I also faced setbacks. The broken toys didn’t discourage me; instead, I used the lessons from my failures to ensure success in my next ‘experiment.’ This insatiable curiosity has been my guiding force, enabling me to understand the world around me and identify opportunities for innovation and reinvention.
I firmly believe that each person is on a predetermined path, guided by a higher power. No one achieves or acquires anything before their designated time.
In a surprising twist of fate, I found myself in the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Rahul Arts India, where I could leverage my legal knowledge, software skills, and graphic design expertise. My ability to adapt and my passion for solving problems were well-suited for this position.
My role involves keenly observing how people fulfill their daily needs, studying changing consumer sentiments and analyzing disruptive business models. My goal is to create ventures that have a positive impact on individuals, organizations, and society at large.
Regarding the ongoing projects, my contributions to Lens & Leisure involve creating a brand that offers sunglasses and lenses, focusing on customer preferences and market trends. In the case of Raidecor, I aim to redefine decorative coatings, bringing fresh creativity and aesthetics to interior design, which is sure to leave a lasting impression.
